"I complement Ben Morton being exceptionally professional in explaining insurance concepts. My goal was to shop for auto insurance because my policy (with another carrier) was expiring within four days. I have a general knowledge of insurance and Ben helped clarify my understanding. He displayed patience and answered ALL my questions. Bottom line, in one day, Ben provided a solution to bundle my auto, homeowners and umbrella insurance. He focused on savings & value. The quote was lower than the other carrier.
Only AFTER receiving the binder and insurance policies, I then googled “Top 3 Insurance Companies (Overall P&C/Auto Market Share)” State Farm: Ranked 1st overall with the highest direct premiums and highest market share, often exceeding 18% in auto. Followed by Progressive and (GEICO).

"At 4:45PM on Friday, April 10, 2026, I went to Ryan Walker's State Farm Office on 3rd Street in Bend, OR. The office was going to close at 5:00 PM Pacific time. I was having difficulty navigating the "Claims #" process. We spent 45 minutes of dealing with prompts, dropped calls, interrogations by robots, and finally reaching a human being in Claim's Depart named Grayson. Ben, Derek, and Connor were able to help me navigate a very confusing site for acquiring a Claim #. The 3 representatives of Ryan Walker's Office were very, very, helpful and patient with me. We finally got thru to a Claim's person, Grayson, who was polite and patient, too. I simply could not have navigated the Claim's gauntlet without everyone's help!! In my opinion, the Claim's # process is not user friendly without the help of folks like Ben, Derek, and Connor, and Grayson who know what they are doing. They all went above and beyond the call of duty to help....and stayed after hours to ensure I received my Claim's #."
