"Riley is a straight up winner! She’s well spoken, knowledgeable, and super friendly. I encourage friends and family to call her for quotes or advice. PS. I’m huge fan of State Farm, and we insure over 60 rental dwellings with them, plus rv, boat, and personal items. We just had a claim on the rv and could not ask for better coverage and service for that problem. Great job. Very happy customer."

"Use caution before considering state farm, particularly this office. I needed to add an umbrella policy to my coverages, and after getting multiple quotes, state farm appeared to be the best opinion. Unfortunately, now 5 weeks after oving all of my policies over, I received a notice that my umbrella policy was being cancelled due to a single speeding ticket for 6mph over the limit nearly 5 years ago. They had this information prior to issuing the policy, so there's no excuse for this. I should also mention that between the policy being issued and now, I've received two separate notices that my auto policy was being cancelled due to an invalid driver's license (their mistake). They assured me it wasn't being cancelled the first time, and then a week later I received a second notice along with refund checks. Again, they assured me everything was fine, only to discover that they failed to send my correct driver's license even after the first time they realized it was incorrect. All they have to say is "we're sorry". Now I have to start all over again because most umbrella coverages require you to also have your auto and home policies under the same company. What a terribly run office and company."

"Joey was the best! This was such an easy experience. He handled the transition when I needed to change ASAP. Our rate is $100 less monthly than it was previously and we even added our daughter. I had no idea other companies keep your rates high due to the quality of people they insure and how that affects those of us with perfect driving records. "After submitting a one-star review, Ryan assigned someone else to my account Updated for 2025: Over the past few months, my interactions with Ryan Walker State Farm have been nothing short of frustrating, disappointing, and stressful. My husband and I have faced repeated mistakes and a glaring lack of accountability from their team, especially from one representative, Zander Fisher. Here’s a breakdown of the issues we've experienced: Policy Mix-Up and Late Fees My husband’s motorcycle was mistakenly added to my payment plan instead of his. Despite providing specific policy and account numbers, Zander moved both motorcycles—including mine—to his account, against my instructions. To make matters worse, when his motorcycle was removed from my policy, it wasn’t added to his. This resulted in his policy being marked late, and we were told to pay it in full. Unjustified Rate Increase After my husband and I changed our last names, my bill suddenly increased by nearly $90. Upon investigation, I discovered that two of my suspended policies had been unsuspended without my knowledge or consent. When I questioned this, Zander deflected responsibility, claiming, “per the letter State Farm sent you...” After speaking with Ryan Walker, I learned no such letter existed. Dismissive and Belittling Communication Throughout my interactions, Zander was condescending and dismissive. Comments like, “It can be hard to keep up with all the mail with having so many policies” belittled me rather than addressing the issue at hand. Furthermore, his emails frequently began with phrases like, “As previously stated,” “As noted earlier,” and “per the letter,” which came across as unnecessarily passive-aggressive and rude. Inconsistent Information Ryan Walker assured me that the unsuspended policies would be backdated, and the difference would be issued as a credit. However, Zander later claimed it would be sent as a check. When I received my newest bill, it showed a partial credit (not a check) and incorrect rates for one of the vehicles. When I pointed this out, Zander confidently dismissed my concerns, saying the backdate hadn’t gone through yet—even though the other vehicles’ rates were accurate, and the credit was already applied. Confident Incompetence Zander’s inability to thoroughly investigate my policy details and his constant contradictions have eroded my trust in Ryan Walker State Farm. He even sent me a copy of the bill showing the same error I had flagged, proving my point while insisting he was correct. State Farm has failed to provide clear communication, accurate billing, or respectful customer service. Zander’s dismissive attitude and failure to resolve basic issues have made this an incredibly stressful experience. My husband and I are deeply disappointed in how poorly we’ve been treated by a company we once trusted. I hope this feedback prompts Ryan Walker State Farm to take action to improve their processes and customer service. However, based on my experience so far, my confidence in this company has been severely shaken. Review from two years ago (we miss Adam): Adam has saved me a lot of time and money! He’s thorough, quick, and even helped find insurance when they couldn’t cover my home! Thanks Adam and Ryan Walker State Farm!"

"What a pleasure it was to work with Joey Magaurn when it was time to switch insurance companies. Not only did State Farm have the best rates, but it was so refreshing to call up the office and speak to Joey directly: no automation or phone trees! Working with Joey felt like I was working with a close friend: he was personable, well spoken, knowledgeable, and made the transition seamless.
